Important tools

Here are some of the important tools we have been using to create this website.

- Wix: it is the platform for web development we have used to create this website. It is a really easy platform to use once you have become familiarized with it. It can be a bit overwhelming at first because it has a huge range of possible things that you can do on your web, but once you have learnt how to use it, it is so much fun, you have endless possibilities to create things on your website.

- Twitter: is a social media app we use to promote our website and our blog, but also to write short messages about our thoughts. It is a really useful and easy way to keep in touch with your contacts and find accounts that may be interesting to you.

- Office 365: we use it to access our gmail account and receive all the necessary information to keep our webpage up. Moreover, it is a great way to keep in touch with people and really easy to use.

- Excel: is a Microsoft app, it is a spreadsheet which contains calculation, graphs, calculation tables and a macro programming language. We used it to make a spreadsheet with other classmates where we brainstormed about teaching ideas. It is very easy to use because you can leatn how to use it very quickly.

- Padlet: is a platform where you can do collaborative dynamics, through murals where students can share text, video, audio, images, among others. It is a really dynamic and original way to create activities that can be used with your students. Like we normally say: learning can be fun! And this platform can help you do that.

- FlipGrid: is a free Microsoft tool and a social learning platform that allows us to upload videos and offers many possibilities in the classroom. It is another way you can let your students experiment with ICTs and their imagination.

- Moodle: is a platform designed to create and manage online learning spaces. You can do lots of different activities there like: chat, questionnaires, surveys, forum, glossary, and so on.

- Quizizz: is a  website that allows us to create online quizzes that our students can answer in different ways. It's a great way to check their knowledge in a fun way!

- Youtube: is a U.S.-based video sharing website. There are endless videos about education that you can see for your own inspiration.

-Deck.toys: is a platform that allows you to create interactive learning activities. I really liked this platform because I think it allows you to let your imagination fly and you can do some really cool activities for your students. I'll definetly be using this one in the future.
